Before You Ride – Your Jet Ski Guide for Tenerife
First time riding a jet ski in Tenerife?
Here’s what you need to know before jumping on board. From safety briefings to clothing tips and common questions – we’ve got you covered so you can enjoy your ocean adventure worry-free.

How do I book a Jet Ski tour?
You can book directly through our Booking Page. Just choose your preferred time, solo or double ride, and follow the steps.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes! Simply enter the rider’s name and contact details during the booking process.
What’s included in the tour price?
Our price includes the Jet Ski ride, safety equipment (life jacket), professional guidance, fuel, insurance, and optional photos/videos.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the tour. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept casch, major credit cards, and secure online payments.
Do I need to print my booking confirmation?
No, a digital confirmation (on your phone) is perfectly fine.
Safety Instructions and Health Requirements
Do I need prior experience to ride a Jet Ski?
Not at all! Our instructors provide training before each ride.
What’s the minimum age for drivers and passengers?
All single jet ski operators must be at least 16 years old. All double jet ski operators must be at least 18 years old. Passengers must be at least 8 years old.
Do I need a driving license?
No driving license is required for our Jet Ski tours.
Can pregnant women ride?
For safety reasons, we do not recommend rides for pregnant women.
Is the ride suitable for people with back or neck problems?
Due to the physical nature of the activity, we do not recommend it for individuals with serious back or neck issues.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes, every rider and passenger is given a certified life jacket.
Parental Consent for Minors
Passengers between 16 and 17 years of age who wish to operate a jet ski independently must present a signed parental or legal guardian consent form.
The consent form is provided on site at the time of check-in and must be signed in person by a parent or legal guardian before the activity can take place.
Without this signed authorization, the minor will not be permitted to operate the jet ski alone.
Photos & Memories
Are photos or videos included?
We offer optional photo packages taken by staff. They’re not included in the base price.
Can I bring a GoPro?
Yes, if it’s mounted securely. Handheld devices are not permitted during the ride.
Before You Ride
What should I wear for the tour?
We recommend swimwear or light activewear that can get wet. Avoid loose accessories.
Do I need to bring any documents?
Yes, bring your ID or passport for verification before the tour.
Can I wear sunglasses during the ride?
You can, but make sure they are secure. We are not responsible for lost items.
Is sunscreen recommended?
Yes. We strongly advise applying waterproof sunscreen before the ride.
Will I get wet during the ride?
Yes, expect to get splashed or fully wet, especially on fast rides.
Can I bring my phone or camera?
Only waterproof action cams with secure mounts are allowed. We offer professional photos packages.

Yes! Our Jet Skis are powerful and thrilling but always operated under guided supervision.
Is the tour guided?
Yes. A certified instructor leads every safari for your safety and enjoyment.
How long is the safari?
The tour lasts 45 minutes on the water.
How many people per Jet Ski?
One or two. You can book a solo or double jet-ski ride.
Can I ride solo?
Absolutely. Our solo jet ski safari is perfect for individual adventurers.
Can I switch drivers during the tour?
Yes, during designated stop points your guide will allow safe switching.

Do you have changing rooms or lockers?
Yes! We are the only Jet Ski company in Puerto Colón with a full office, secure lockers, and a private changing room.
